Just wondering what to make of all the different types of intercooler a and how to go about selecting the right one for my car.
I'm looking to get a eBay fmic but I'm a bit baffled by all the types available, for example - type vb, type r, type s, type b and so on....
I've tried searching for what these terms mean but to no avail. The eBay listings are all pretty similar and don't specify any differences between them, other than the positions of the piping.
Any idea on this?

Let me know how you get on with the measurements matey, with the bumper off, there seems to be loads of room, i need to measure up myself, gonna get a decent size fmic but I don't wanna have to chop the bumper at all.
That guide is a really good read, though im half asleep at the moment so i'll read it again tomorrow and take it all in properly haha.
I'm guessing your intercooler is for the supercharger? can't wait to see it plumbed in. how you getting on with that?
